Pros
Great work/life balance, bright and helpful coworkers, the work is fun, rewarding and challenging. Regarding outdated technology and company culture as mentioned by other reviewers, Zoll is trying to change and become more aligned with today's culture. In R&D, all the latest tools are being utilized. There is a wave of younger engineers being hired thus fresh ideas and more dynamic environment. Benefits are continuing to improve but still aren't on par with other larger companies.
Cons
There are some politics. Zoll realizes the need to change/implement some new processes of a larger company.
