Pros
- great team and managers - relaxed and easy-going environment (besides when it's sales period) - amazing products (Zegna is literally one of the most prestigious wool manufacturer in the world) - really good product training - Zegna has always had a reputation of being a brand targeting an older clientele. However, the current fashion designer Alessandro Sartori has been doing an amazing job to rejuvenate the brand and put it on par of fashion forward labels such as Dolce & Gabbana, Armani & YSL.
Cons
- if you're working on the floor as a Salesperson there's hardly ever an opportunity for a career development (most of the Head Office positions would be occupied by people who have been working there for years) - average salary but commission rates lower than other competitors - the brand doesn't do enough promotion and marketing compared to other major fashion labels, risking that customers won't end up knowing the prestige that Zegna deserves.
