Pros
- Amazing team of wonderful people - Excellent benefits, and HR teams (events, DEI, safety, etc.) - Hybrid style - Little micromanagement - Grateful and praising of their hard workers - Lots of room to grow within your department, or change roles within the company.
Cons
- Often requiring after-hours work - Most teams feel like they can use additional members to balance work-load. - Senior management especially seemed so overwhelmingly busy it was difficult/feelings of guilt to get their assistance. With that said, I heard of plans to address this a few weeks before I resigned. - Some outdated/unoptimized systems (CRM and ERP)
