Pros
- Remote work (the only reason why people stay) - Flexibility for working hours
Cons
-The management is like a passive aggressive partner, you can't know what their expectations are. -You have to perform the work of 2+ full time employees to survive (but of course, you don't get the 2x salary). -Constant press scandals that prevent the company from really growing its user base (meaning your BSCPE parts are basically worthless)
