      Pros

      -Ownership over your role -Work with incredible people -Learn a lot about finance industry & capital markets, can open doors for you later in your career -Research products are a must have for investors, definitely the top firm in the space

      Cons

      -Extremely political (used to not be this way) -Managers have very different styles & can affect your experience at the company -Management either jumps the gun on rolling out new processes / products (with minimal forethought) or moves too slowly relative to competitors -Extremely poor handling of employee departures (resignations, PIPs, & layoffs)

      Pros

      Ownership is a real concept. Growth and evolution of the company has been extremely interesting to be a part of. People here hold themselves to a super high standard.

      Cons

      Communication/change management could be improved. With rapid growth and new business units popping up, it can lead to silos between teams.
