      Pros

      I can meet top talents here from all over the world, and working with them helps me discover my potentials to do fascinating things that I have never thought about before. There are lots of job opportunities that we can access. Yale is a great place that helps promote people to be among top talents in the world.

      Cons

      New Haven is not a good place to live. Not safe, and housing here is too expensive. Not enough apartments in safe areas offered to postdocs.
