Yale University interview questions

The hiring process was intense and involved multiple rounds of interviews with different individuals over the course of several days and weeks. The timeline was lengthy, and both the selection and onboarding processes moved slowly at times. Overall, the experience felt highly demanding, taxing, and stressful, requiring significant time, energy, preparation, and patience throughout each stage.

Three interviews: with hiring manager, internal team, and team to collaborate with. 2nd round was a panel format with 4 colleagues from the same team. 3rd round was super day format with 4 colleagues from different teams.
