Pros
Direct supervisors are outstanding and well selected, facilities are very nice, lots of training and continuing ed. opportunities, coworkers become like family
Cons
way low pay makes for high turnover, new grads coming to work at YSS either go back to get masters degree or use positions for stepping stones because they cant afford their student loans on their salaries. Pay freezes and lack of financial reward to those employees that stay on and carry the programs on their backs.
