Pros
I worked from home my entire time there so they were extremely flexible. There was a clear career ladder within the company and generous pay. Management and team were warm and friendly and held team outings!
Cons
You are contracted so depending on your contract, it might not be the most stable job.
Remote work is available, I enjoyed my leadership and coworkers
Cons
No pay increases in the last 3 years, there are no awards being given out, also just got an email saying they are no longer contributing to our retirement account for this first quarter
