      Pros

      Well known in the HR contracting world.

      Cons

      Management doesn't listen to the employees; management does not interact with staff unless they want/need something; employees are viewed as dollar signs instead of people; there is an obvious distinction between corporate employees and those hired for the contracts. Program Managers tend to not be knowledgeable of the work for the contracts they oversee

      Pros

      Great peers to work with...a lively and extremely friendly group for the most part.

      Cons

      Everyone that does not work on the corporate side is extremely overworked and incredibly frustrated. There is not enough staff to complete even half of the tasks we are delegated. People are working 50-60 hour weeks with absolutely no sign of appreciation.

      Very rude executive team members. Very old school with no respect for others. Not up with the times or open to improvements. Disappointing.
