Pros
Excellent health and dental insurance. Full time top out pay around $20.00 per hour. Was once a great place to work. Flexible hours for part time workers. Union rules let you get away with murder, so to speak.
Cons
Union workers will make your life miserable, if you don't fit in. Management is never happy, they always want more. The company is highly mismanaged; I honestly don't know how they are still in business. Part time dock workers start out at only $11.00. This is much less than non union companies.
