I don't consider this a con, but a lot of IT will. There are huge challenges here. This is a company that was built on A LOT of acquisitions which means A LOT of disparate data and systems that have to work together... and most of what we have was outsourced with little documentation and far from best practices. IT is evolving here, not always respected, not in an ivory tower. If you can get past all of that because you LOVE the process of taking a mess and turning it into something exemplary... and for a company w/a great mission, join us!
