Xylem interview questions

The interview process at Xylem was very straightforward. It consisted of an initial phone screening with a recruiter, followed by a single virtual meeting with the engineering manager. The technical questions were quite basic, focusing mostly on my past CAD experience rather than complex problem-solving. Ultimately, I received an offer but declined it for another opportunity.
