Pros
Xe is a company that has well established relationship with its clients and its management respects and cares for its employees. Most people are friendly and are great to work with. Work load is balanced and there is a lot of opportunities to try out different tasks as a coop. Overall, a comparatively low pressure and open environment to work in.
Cons
Because the development team works with the agile philosophy, specifications may not be entirely ready when it is assigned to developers. As a developer, you would need to reach out to plot out specifications with the product teams. Good thing if you like to communicate a lot, but could be tedious if you are one of those people who just wants to write codes.
