management not caring too much about people

Despite many of the great people Xe is lucky to employ, the culture flowing down from the top is toxic and the vibe is generally pretty unhappy these days. There is very little strategic direction, and if you work on the corporate side of the business, there is a total lack of resource and support to enable you to succeed, let alone just do your job at a basic level - despite this, when performance targets aren’t being met, it will always be your fault.
