Pros

I worked for Wynyard for two years as part of the marketing team. I was pretty young - straight out of uni - but I always felt like a valued member of the team. Everyone in the Auckland office was lovely, hard working and had an awesome attitude.

Cons

Nothing negative about the Auckland office - can't speak about the others because I haven't been there.

No medical Insurance is available for its employees.

Pros

Good office infrastructure, very good facilities . Good growth with respect to salary and professional skills.Easy work environment and minimum work pressure. Seniors are supportive and motivating .you have to be true to your profession and deliver your best performance and you will automatically get the appreciation that you deserve.

Cons

Yet to find one as I dont get affected unless and until it affects me personally.You cannot compromise with hard work at Wynyard. You have to be innovative and dedicated at all times, which could be challenging for some people.
