Seniors are supportive and motivating .you have to be true to your profession and deliver your best performance and you will automatically get the appreciation that you deserve.

Yet to find one as I dont get affected unless and until it affects me personally.You cannot compromise with hard work at Wynyard. You have to be innovative and dedicated at all times, which could be challenging for some people.
