- CDs that genuinely care about your development and progress, and take time and effort to mentor. - Great team dynamics. - Suits that will work with creatives to fight for better work. - Diverse team and very respectful work culture - Pantry's pretty decent - Throws a good party
Cons
- Management can be pretty detached to what their employees' concerns and needs - Salary is really low compared to industry standard, especially if you're a local - Expats seem to be paid MUCH higher than locals, even if they have the same position and JD - Asking for pay raise is the toughest thing to do, even if you perform well and has results to prove.
