If you're a POC this place is not for you.

Pros

There some good people there, but they deserve better.

Cons

This is not the place for you if you are a person of color. Pre-merger things were far from great but then they got worse. Management has stayed all-white for practically the last hundred plus years. The departments are run by arrogant people with self-promoting agendas who seem to fail up the corporate ladder. Managers only manage when they want to and leave the rest for you to figure out on your own. Contractors / Vendors are treated and favored better than actual employees yet they proclaim it's a family. The talent team only likes hiring one type of people and you can see that every Monday when new hires start. HR refuses to see the mass exits of POC as there is a major problem with the culture and the way the place is run. If you want to excel in this industry this is not the place for you. Opportunities are slim and the money is even slimmer if you are a person of color. Most departments have no POC or just one. The no shame factor will never get old as you witness the treatment of POC and women get passed up at every corner. If you want to be promoted or hired being white is your hugest asset.

Pros

Peers are fun, energetic, and ambitious.

Cons

- Management is a disaster - HR is non existent - Recruitment and management promises mean nothing - Continuous work on vacation and weekends is not rewarded - Company is a dev shop: PM/QA beware - Company requests feedback, but punishes constructive criticism towards management - Company was built by several good 'ol boys who have each other's back
