Thank you for sharing your perspective; we appreciate you taking the time to provide thoughtful feedback. We’re glad to hear that aspects like compensation, equity, benefits, and your colleagues stood out positively. At the same time, we recognize there are areas where we have opportunities to improve. In a fast-paced environment, priorities and plans can evolve quickly, but that doesn’t lessen the importance of clarity, strong leadership, and a supportive, sustainable culture. Feedback like this helps us reflect, learn, and continue improving as an organization. We appreciate your time with us and wish you all the best moving forward.

Pros

Great benefits, remote company, that’s about it

Cons

Poor management and communication from management. Very obvious favoritism of other departments over others. Cult mentality. Claims to care about employees but they only care about results, not the effect of the culture and demand on employees and unrealistic work life balance. They claim to say they want you to have a work life balance, but if you aren’t available 7 days a week outside of your hired hours you will be terminated. Meeting job expectations isn’t sufficient, they will require you to constantly push to exceed and if you don’t you will be terminated or reprimanded. There is no growth to most departments internally. You’ll be stuck where you were hired.
