Well structured, recruiter has been getting back to me with next steps very quickly. Interviewers were well prepared and asked good questions to uncover various aspects of my experience. The interview itself wasn't difficult but it was lengthy, several panel interviews, written exercise, reference checks etc. A bit more than what I have seen from other companies

Thank you for sharing your experience and welcome to the team!
It’s great to hear the team came prepared and that the experience felt structured from start to finish.
We appreciate the note on the length of the process. We do invest in a comprehensive process to ensure it’s the right fit on both sides. We’re always looking at how to make that experience as efficient as possible and your feedback is helpful as we continue to refine it.
We’re excited to have you on board.
Screening with HR. Interview itself was standard HR screening, “Tell me about a time when”, walk me through your resume, etc. Interviewer felt unprepared and emotionless during the interview, had little to no information about the role, why it was open. I couldn’t get it over with fast enough. Not a very good intro to the company.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wrapbook in Apr 2026
Interview
The process was well-organized and the team was professional throughout. The recruiter was responsive, warm, and set clear expectations at every stage. I went through a recruiter screen, hiring manager interview, and a case study round with a PM and engineering manager — all of which felt thoughtful and substantive.
The case study was engaging and I enjoyed the conversation, though I'd note that it assumed fairly deep familiarity with Wrapbook's product going in. If you're interviewing, do your homework on the platform in detail beforehand.
My one piece of constructive feedback: if there are specific experience areas the team is evaluating, asking directly for examples would help candidates surface the right stories. I received a very professional post-interview email outlining what went well and where they felt I had gaps — which I genuinely appreciated. However, I had strong relevant experience in those exact areas and simply hadn't thought to bring them up unprompted given the flow of the conversation.
That said, the fact that they followed up with detailed feedback at all says a lot about the company's culture and respect for candidates. Wrapbook seems like a genuinely great place to work and I'd encourage anyone to apply.
