Pros
The trips you could earn were fun, but you had to go with kids...lots of them. It was nice to work from home. Casual attire. People were typically nice. The summers are really slow, and nice time to chill and take time off. No time off mid August till end of November, then again mid Jan till Jun.
Cons
Pay is set us as a draw, so you could end up owing them money if you don't meet your commissions. The goals that they set were unrealistic for peoples first year. $500,000 in sales is not attainable, of about 10 people that started around the same time, no one made it, highest was $350,000 I believe.
