Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We agree that there are many opportunities to increase sales and to collaborate with other team members, even nationally. Our company is thriving because we do support a family atmosphere with everyone working together as a cohesive team. We appreciate you recognizing the importance of this in your review. While meetings are essential for communication and transparency purposes, we agree with you that a few less meetings would be welcome! 😊

Pros

Can’t think of any pros

Cons

No support from management, no clear direction. Set up for failure. Will not hire new employees when someone leaves, just overloads remaining employees
