Pros

Individual teams empower each other and try to make sense of all the changes coming from higher up. Benefits package is pretty good.

Cons

Does not allow anyone to work from home in our department. Accounts with extreme growth are expected to be handled by the same person until its lost or they quit. No support from upper management regarding the vast and extreme changes being made in the past 24 months with work flows and wont allow departments to hire enough staff to handle the heavy workload. Producers allowed to walk all over the account managers with no real consequence for breaking rules. Constant trips for producers but hardly any raises or bonuses for the people putting in actual work and not taking breaks or leaving on time.

Pros

PTO,, is good but could be better, Comprehensive Insurance, 401k, co-workers make it a great place. **More government holidays should be given as paid days off. This would ensure that employees have the opportunity to rest and have more school days off with there children and their families instead of using PTO.

Cons

I've been working at another company for a year now, and I realize that I wasn't the issue at my previous job (World). I would feel remiss if I didn't share my experience, potentially allowing someone else endure the same challenges under management. It's not the work load: it's the micromanaging and the condescending way she communicates with people, making sure not to document it. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Walking on eggshells, afraid every day could be your last there . I hope this helps other be aware and cautious, I hope one bad apple does not spoil the whole bunch.
