Pros
Multicultural environment, as diverse as it gets in terms of people's backgrounds in all aspects. Great salary, incredible benefits. Sense of belonging and motivation to work fostered through the organization's mission. The people are brilliant and the work is quite cool.
Cons
Bureaucratic, very hierarchical. Loads of people (mostly middle managers) who have been at the institution for far too long without going the extra mile or contributing anything extra. Can be a bit of a golden cage.
