Pros

Allow work-from-home capabilities for some workers, interview process was easy and they allowed me to skype interview since I live out of town.

Cons

terrible benefits package (very expensive), time off is far below average (10 days, accrues 6 hours per month), no training, very little communication from management (after my supervisor quit, it wasn't made clear who I would report to), no onboarding process at all, no performance management program, no way to keep track of time off used/accrued

Pros

Love that the company continues to grow & innovate the talent recruitment space. We have recruitments teams that really work well together & have assessments & real science behind what we do. I have been working at WPG for many years & really enjoy the various clients & projects I work on. I noticed a comment about the company losing its largest client & floundering...is far from the truth as I have been working with a number of our clients, large & midsized for years. There are ebbs & flows with recruiting, especially if you do a good job. Our job is to fill the clients openings, not pretend to work & drag out a project. If our work is complete, it's a job well done!

Cons

Like others have stated, we are managed by the best in the industry who don't tolerate sub par performance & won't allow a sub par performer to remain. I think it would be hard to find a current employee in good standing that didn't love what they do & Working here.
