The manager’s micromanaging style was overwhelming, with a constant need to control every aspect of the employees’ work. The manager expected everything to be perfect, with no room for error or mistakes. This created a culture of fear, where employees were hesitant to take risks or try new things, fearing that they would be criticized or punished. The manager would often display false kindness, pretending to be supportive and caring when it was convenient for them. However, this kindness was short-lived, and the manager would quickly revert to their usual condescending and critical behavior.
