Pros
It is a government job, so the benefits and job security are excellent. My direct supervisors are helpful and respectful. The training is very thorough.
Cons
It is a fast paced work environment where you are measured by how many decisions you issue. You spend most of your time on the phone and while many calls are relatively "normal" you often get difficult ones which can be very stressful. For an entry level position the pay is good, but it does feel like you are underpaid for the work that you do.
