Pros

Friendly co-workers, generous paid time off, great benefits

Cons

Redundant, mundane work, verbal abuse from very rude claimants, lazy supervisors (some, not all) lazy coworkers who get away with sleeping at their desk, and pawning off work to others

Pros

The people are nice, friendly and enthusiastic, if not always competent. Reliable schedule. Decent benefits.

Cons

I don't know if it's the current administration or what, but I have never seen a more demoralized office anywhere. Management doesn't have the staff to handle the work load, and consequently front line managers are rarely available when you need them. New employees are under review for everything they do, and it's pretty hard to get off review if it takes a week for managers to respond to your questions. Almost impossible for new people to meet productivity or timeliness standards. People tend to head for the exits the instant a better opportunity comes along.
