Pros
- The ability to work from home (now the only option for many employees after the closing of offices) - Most roles within the company are not technically difficult - Decent PTO
Cons
- Low pay for nearly ever role that isn't upper level leadership - The company goes out of its way to say they value the mental health of employees but then do nothing to support those statements ( and often act in the opposite manner) - The company is constantly "restructuring" so there are few opportunities to truly feel that you job is safe - The company sets goals that are purposely too high to reach and then blames the employees when these impossible goals are not achieved - If you are a high performer all that will get you is more work with no additional pay - If you speak up about your work load being too much to handle (which is what leadership tells you to do) you will often be told that the problem is you, not the fact that each individual is doing the job of at least 2 people. - Communication amongst leadership is horrible, simple questions take weeks to answer because even leadership does not entirely know what is happening at any time -Turnover is very high and you will be asked to cover the responsibilities of an empty position with no guarantee they will ever higher someone again for that role.
