Pros
Unlike other fast food restaurants White Castle does pay weekly opposed to bi weekly. Also every six months you are employed with them you will revive a raise. The raise is only a few cents but it's nice. Also I wasn't in a very busy area so working was pretty easy goon and not too overwhelming. Also you get Christmas bonuses; if you work part time or haven't been there for a while like me it most likely won't be much maybe 10-15 dollars but it's better than nothing.
Cons
Working her had its cons I must say. One thing that I hated the absolute most was on call work days where you would call in two hours before your scheduled shift to see if you are needed to work during the day. It was hard to make plans and if I did make plans I would be disappointed and had to go in on a "potential" day off. Also the smell was horrible. Smelling like onions after work everyday was not nice I would literally run to the shower after work because I felt so greasy and stinky.
