Funding model means cycles of restructuring and redundancies High staff churn - I had 4 line managers in 12 months Unless you are part of the senior leadership team ("Heads of Department") then your experience and opinions count for nothing. There is a divisive and toxic culture underlying in business; hence the high staff turnover. The senior team do not live the values.
