Two-stage interview - both conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams. The first stage was primarily Q&A but included a 15-minute written task. For the second stage I was required to prepare a 15-minute presentation.
My second interview took place in November 2023. At the time of writing this (Jan 2024), I am yet to receive any feedback despite following up multiple times. Even if unsuccessful, some correspondence given the time and effort I put into the process is not a big ask. For an organisation that prides itself on 'communication' this is extremely disappointing, and I hope that it is addressed when recruiting in the future.
