* They pay on time. * Flexible part-time hours with occasional opportunities to work 40-hour weeks if you want. * Steady work, depending on which work pool you are placed in.
Cons
* Pay is lower than other companies with similar work. * Paid training is very minimal and is insufficient to do quality work. You are essentially expected to review guidelines, read feedback, etc. on your own time. * There is zero opportunity for advancement. * No benefits. * Their website is very difficult to navigate to find training materials and employee documents. * Some work pools may have inconsistent work, especially around federal holidays.
