Pros
For these project-based positions, they do tell you off the bat that they do not offer raises and that it's not a job one rises through the ranks from. So at least they are upfront about that! I enjoyed working with my team, and if you can handle monotony it's not particularly stressful.
Cons
Five years with this company, no raise, no cost of living adjustment, no bonuses, no PTO. Only movement within the team is to project manager.
