Pros
The application/interview process took about a month. The HR managers who reached out and were in touch with me were quick to respond to inquiries. I appreciated that they put effort into to helping me along the way.
Cons
Not much room for growth at the company itself. Room for growth would depend on whether or not the client may want to fill a new/higher position.
