Pros

There are some great people who work here and it was a privilege getting to know them and learn from them. Somewhat flexible hours.

Cons

Upper management and the execs are a nightmare. Micromanaging at its finest. Raises are a joke unless you are a part of the 'elite', i.e. the rich get richer. You will never be praised for a job well done but you'll surely hear about any minor mistake that you make. The 'little guy' isn't appreciated at all even though they're doing the bulk of the grunt work. The company culture is moving in the wrong direction. Complaints are not taken seriously

Pros

When there is work available, especially when this project first launched, you could make decent money. The Quality Improvement Program was once realistic and managers were accessible. They used to give us sick leave and it felt like a real job.

Cons

They took away our sick leave. Barely any work since Christmas, around 5 hours per week if you're lucky. The Quality Improvement Program has gone down the toilet. The quality checks constantly contradict the guidelines and the feedback from management is often contradictory and wildly inconsistent depending on the turnover. Lower level employees are constantly afraid of losing their job because there are random firings every quarter with no explanation.
