Not much to say here except the work can get hectic at times depending on busy season for launches- Holidays, Brand Partnerships/ Sponsorships, Seasonal launches, Etc.
Constant turnover in c suite. Constant new names in upper management and less roles in field. Direction and focus changes every 2 months. Less focus on long term business and targeting small door wins. Zero input from field. VP’s seem to operate in an authoritarian nature. Not soliciting any input but continue to firehose new kpi’s.
