Pros
The best thing about this company is the people. They are friendly and professional and most are focused on being collaborative and ensuring a safe work environment. At the individual level everyone wants to customer and the company to be successful.
Cons
The company has been bleeding customers steadily for most of the last decade. Their drive to be everything for everybody (as a B2B company) has caused the company to drop from the number 1 provider of web analytics and insight to where they aren't even a major player any more. The last I saw they were something like 26th in the industry by number of customers. Having lost so many customers in the last decade I would be surprised if the company were still a viable enterprise in the next five years. I would expect the tradition of layoffs every 12-18 months to continue and possibly become more frequent as the company hits its tipping point.
