Pros
Some good, smart people. Nice location in downtown Minneapolis.
Cons
Very corporate environment for an agency. There are so many better, more creative agencies in town, not sure why anyone would want to work here. The Chicago office has full control over Minneapolis and its leadership and calls all of the shots. Minneapolis has been reduced to a satellite office with no autonomy. There has been a mass exodus over the last several years due to people leaving and layoffs. People are not replaced and no new business is coming in the door. It's a dying office that will one day no longer exist. Very political, there is a small, select group of people that are in the "in" crowd that can do no wrong. Everyone else is at risk. Low pay compared to other agencies, no work/life balance. Senior leaders are out of touch.
