      Good company to work for - Software Engineer Walmart Employee Review

      Pros

      - Good projects using latest technologies and languages (most of the time) - Light workload unless there's a deployment - WM culture is good and mostly followed, teams are collaborative, and offer Flexible Time Off. Meaning there's no minimum and maximum PTOs, T&C apply. :)

      Cons

      - Learning and skill development is encouraged, but there's not much time for it along with the project deadlines - Strict with in-office timings and FTOs in some teams, but not all - A bad manager in good company can still make your life hell

      Pros

      Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

      Cons

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
