Pros

Easy Clock in/out via Mobile Device. Being late by 5-10min is often ignored so long as you get to work right away and nobody is waiting on you. Most customer's just ask were something is and let you work unless your near something that requires an associate to get a locked product. Pay is State competitive. Bonuses for Working the big holidays. Decent size break room. Some lockers available. (Tv's with streaming services. Remotes available.) Sometimes free snacks food in break room. Holidays especially.

Cons

Pay is delayed often alongside being bi-weekly. Terrible Management Management would rather argue with you over small things then let you do your job. Managers love to boss around people in other departments and disrupt their work in order to avoid having to do something themselves. Teams don't co-operate with each other when needed unless a store manager forces them to do so.

Pros

Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

Cons

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
