Pros
Company is a solid fixture in the work. Associates are very good with listening to management that respect others. Days are full of helping great customers.
Cons
No repect of any accomplishments by store manager. Never enough payroll or time to accomplish task. Store manager blames assistant managers for any pitfalls of the store. Never compensated for extra days worked or holidays. Change schedules without notice and demand it is part of your job......On Friday told you have to work Saturday your day off even if you had schedule for 2 week and had planned to do something. Micro managed by some store managers. Store managers never happy with performances of Assistants or Associates. Consistantly working extra hours and told this is expected but store managers leave early. Store managers will lie to Assistants and make it there responsibility.....never told about task.
