Pros
Department managers are great and remember that employees are actual people.
Cons
No air conditioning, fans have a lot of issues so its always hot. My department has a breakroom that seats 5 people, despite having over 40 in the dept. Upper management and HR say one thing and do another, treat employees like robots. A lot of employees are sent to new areas with little to no training. They take away promotions at the drop of a hat by "downsizing" departments. There is basically no employee appreciation
