Awesome coworkers,great customers,loved what i did everyday..

Cons

Never will get fulltime like promised.. management never give you appreciation for above and beyond work done. Management belittles you and treats you like you don't matter in front of customers. When needing management to come out to check something you make customers wait at least 30 minutes or more for mgmt to actually get out to you. Your told the highest base pay in shop is 8.50 and then after a year of good service another tech is hired for 9.30 per hour. When new Pay scale came out you get same amount as someone who been there 3 months and you were there 1&1/2 years longer. This is a badly badly mgmt run store.please beware...

Pros

Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

Cons

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
