      Pros

      The ten percent discount is one of the limited pros of working there; if you work a Black Friday Event day it becomes 30 percent during the holiday season.

      Cons

      At my location, the leadership leaves something to be desired. When the roads are hazardous, we are still expected to come in. No one has a clear idea of what's going on. All of the management can't stick to a decision on what needs to be done, and the regular associates get yelled at for it.

      Pros

      Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

      Cons

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
