Pros
mandatory unpaid hour lunches and 30 mins total of paid breaks for every shift some team leads actually try to care for you and listen to your concerns
Cons
stocking has a heavy work load, be prepared to stack multiple pallets, be in a hot truck trailer unloading boxes on occasion, and having bosses breathe down your neck if ur productivity decreases the slightest bit on one day, at the end of the day the job is good for people looking to find easily obtainable work with a decent hourly wage, but it can get overwhelming at times since they expect us to be at our %100 everyday and put in all of our effort to completing tasks that vary in factors such as heaviness of boxes, customers asking for help, and how much work was done when unloading the truck. Humans only have so much to give and expects u to bleed for them. Also the management (most males) tend to be sexist and perverted
