Pros

Worked from home. Equipment was provided. Team leads were positive but had so many additional duties, hard to have regular team meetings

Cons

New hires started out at higher wage & better shift. One shift bid in 18 months. System issues and error messages & time consuming processes but expected to resolve all customers issues with very little after call time. Only one raise per year -impossible to get anything above a meets. Fast food pays better.

Pros

Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

Cons

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
