Pros
Great Culture. I enjoyed working with all the people. Respect individual and that is motto of company and they certainly follow it. Company does business in multiple countries so you can get chance to work with different people from different countries. Excellent 401K. 6% match dollar to dollar which is rare. Some wonderful cultural events. Shareholder meeting. Pay is excellent compare to low cost area.
Cons
Bad location. Mostly people leave due to location of this company. Bentonville has hardly anything appealing to stay long term. Being cheap is key here so dont expect free perks here. They still use old technologies which keep techies stay away. Higher attrition rate due to location. Old building, which now they are restructuring.
