Pros
The two major reasons to work at Wal-Mart are the Structure and Pay Rate. The business model for wal-mart has made it the largest retail company in the world.
Cons
Downsides are lower level management is not that great. Advancement is also hard. The sheer size of the company also makes things confusing. Sometimes associates are like minnows in an ocean. Management doesn't really help relieve this feeling either.
